Subscription Refund Policy

KroozTV offers subscription-based services for streaming live and on-demand content. Our subscription model may include both monthly and annual plans. Here’s how we handle refunds:

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Free Trials: If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not wish to continue using our service after the trial, be sure to cancel before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.
    • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription period begins, it cannot be canceled or refunded for that month. You will, however, retain access to the service until the end of the billing cycle.
    • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can only be refunded if canceled within the first 14 days of the initial purchase. After this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will have access to KroozTV services until the end of the subscription period.
  2. Refund Requests

    • To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your account details, the subscription plan, and the reason for the refund request.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your KroozTV subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will no longer be charged, and access to KroozTV content will cease.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription by visiting the account settings page on our platform and following the cancellation instructions.
  • Cancellation Confirmation: Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the final date of your active subscription.

Returns Policy for Merchandise (if applicable)

If KroozTV offers physical merchandise or promotional items for sale (such as branded clothing, accessories, or gadgets), the following returns policy will apply:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
    • We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
  2. Return Process

    • Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your returned item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  3. Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain items such as gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
